Refuge Recovery OKC changed its name to Recovery Dharma OKC in August of 2019. It is part of a worldwide community of people who are using the practices of mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness and generosity to heal the pain and suffering that addiction has caused in our lives and the lives of our loved ones. There are now seven Recovery Dharma meetings weekly in the Oklahoma City metro area. Three are at 3132 N. May Ave. (next to OCARTA at 31st and N. May Ave.). They are on Sunday at 6:00pm, Mondays at 9:00am, and Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. There are two women’s meetings held at 1700 W. Britton Rd., Oklahoma City, OK 73120. They are Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Fridays at 8:00 a.m. There is also a meeting at 700 Asp, in Norman every Monday at 6:30 p.m.

Recovery Dharma is open to all forms of recovery. There is no requirement for attendance and we welcome all those who are seeking freedom from addiction. We will explore how Dharma practice can deepen this process.
